The cold January evening did not deter enough people to fill Brunel Manor from Helen Hilliard’s talk about Isambard Kingdom Brunel’s plans for Watcombe.

We were given a fascinating talk on the house we now know as Brunel Manor and the gardens that he never saw finished, due to his early death at the age of 53.
