Trevor Badcott was amazed by the large turnout on such an awful evening.  As said before we are a hardy crowd in this Local History Society.  Bad weather does not beat us.

‘A Lantern Show’ as our Grand parents or Great Grand parents would have seen it.

Victorian and Edwardian slides were on the menu, shown from a beautiful piece of equipment dated about 1900, made an evening that was humourous, fascinating and an exhilarating start to the new year.
