There was certainly “no room at the Inn” this year at St Anne’s for our Christmas gathering.  Extra tables were squeezed into an already packed hall and “loaves and fishes” comes to mind for the catering needs.

Mulled wine and savouries to pick at on arrival.  A quiz to puzzle over as the committee disappeared behind the curtains to ready themselves for another Panto with the usual references to local historical or hysterical happenings.  A Torquay pottery teapot and a genie were something to do with it.

More wine and mince pies to follow, finishing with a handful of carols.  Thanks to everyone for an hilarious and enjoyable evening.
